Terms of Use
Version 2026-08-14 · Effective August 14, 2026
Aldrick is an educational men's health platform operated by USA Research Group LLC. Aldrick is currently available as an invite-only private beta for users in the United States who are at least 18 years old.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They explain what Aldrick does, what it does not do, and the rules for using it during beta testing.
1. Operator and acceptance
Aldrick ("Aldrick", "we", "us") is owned and operated by USA Research Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
By creating an account or using Aldrick, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use Aldrick.
2. Eligibility and private beta
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Aldrick.
- Aldrick is currently intended for users located in the United States.
- Access is invite-only during private beta and may be suspended, limited or discontinued at any time during testing.
- “Men 40+” describes who Aldrick is designed for. It is product positioning, not a separate legal age requirement.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
- You must not access, or attempt to access, another person's account.
3. Educational purpose
Aldrick provides educational information and tools that help you organize your health information, understand general health concepts, see a score and confidence indicator, and follow an educational plan.
- Aldrick does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency services.
- Aldrick does not practice medicine and does not replace a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
- Only a licensed clinician can diagnose a condition or prescribe treatment.
Always talk with a qualified healthcare professional about your individual situation before making health decisions.
4. Emergencies and urgent symptoms
If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number, or go to the nearest emergency department.
Do not use Aldrick to delay or replace urgent or emergency care. Educational content, safety information and plan items in Aldrick are never a substitute for prompt medical attention.
5. Scores, plans and recommendations
- Your score, category scores, confidence indicators, signals, plans and recommendations are educational tools.
- They are calculated from information you supply, which may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.
- Missing information lowers the confidence shown alongside results; it is not treated as a health problem.
- Results are not medical determinations, diagnoses, risk certifications or clinical assessments.
6. AI-supported explanations
- Aldrick may use generative AI to help explain results that were already calculated, and to help organize educational guidance in readable language.
- AI does not diagnose you and does not determine or change the underlying Aldrick score, which is calculated by deterministic rules.
- AI-generated wording may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be read with appropriate human judgment.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide only information you are authorized to provide.
- Do not misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk extraction, service disruption, or submission of malicious content or code.
- Do not use Aldrick to make decisions for another person without lawful authorization to do so.
8. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at privacy@aldrick.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
9. Intellectual property
The Aldrick software, design, branding, content, scoring logic and original materials are owned by or licensed to USA Research Group LLC.
The Aldrick trademark application is pending; we make no claim of federal trademark registration.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aldrick for your own personal, noncommercial purposes during the beta.
10. Third-party services
Aldrick relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, database services, AI-supported explanation and email delivery. We do not control those services, and their availability, performance or changes may affect Aldrick. Third-party availability is not guaranteed.
11. Beta availability and changes
- Aldrick is a private beta under active development. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, contain errors, or be discontinued.
- Some areas of the app are placeholders for planned functionality and are not represented as available services during this beta.
- We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
12. Disclaimers
Aldrick is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for informational and educational purposes during beta testing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of Aldrick.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Where that is the case, the limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted, and rights that cannot legally be waived are preserved.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of Aldrick, your submission of content you were not authorized to submit, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
- We may suspend or end beta access for misuse, security risk, or legal or compliance reasons.
- You may stop using Aldrick at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and information by writing to privacy@aldrick.com.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to mandatory consumer rights and consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
This private-beta version of the Terms does not require arbitration and does not waive class actions.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Aldrick develops. The current version identifier and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Material updates may require renewed acceptance before you continue using Aldrick.
